Tru Mobility LLC collects the information in the driver application to review eligibility, contact applicants, plan vehicle availability, and manage the rental onboarding process.

What we collect

We collect contact information, location, age confirmation, license status, gig-platform information, driving experience, and rental preferences. After conditional approval, we also collect your full legal name, emergency contact name and phone number, current insurance status, active gig platforms, and confirmation of a current, valid license. The application and verification forms do not request your driver’s license number, Social Security number, banking information, or payment card details.

How it is used

Application information is used only for TruMo operations, including review, follow-up, approval decisions, rental setup, and legal or safety obligations. TruMo does not sell applicant information.

Retention and requests

Application records are retained as reasonably needed for operations and compliance. Applicants may request access, correction, or deletion using the official TruMo contact information provided during application follow-up.
